What to Expect During your Virtual Visit

Before Your Visit

Set up your account and complete a short health questionnaire so Frazier Health Connect can better understand your needs.

During Your visit

Talk with your provider about your health history, current concerns, and personal goals. Over time, they’ll get to know you, ensure you’re up to date on recommended screenings, help manage any ongoing conditions, and create a personalized care plan tailored to your needs

After Your Visit

Check your account for lab orders, prescriptions, and next steps—everything outlined in your personalized care plan. If in-person care is needed, your provider and care team will guide you with referrals and are available to answer any questions along the way.
